If you are a new or current FELS Subscriber, you are eligible to register for access to FELS Subscriber resources. To register, click on the "Register" link under the "Login" on the left-hand side of the Home Page. New FELS Subscribers who have not received a Subscription ID as of registration can enter Subscription ID# 5599. The Subscription ID will be verified and updated automatically by FELS. This will take you to the registration page. Once you have complete the registration form and confirmed your email address, our administrative staff will approve your registration. You will receive an email confirming your registration and that you are now able to login into the website and access the FELS Subscriber Resources. eNews Subscription:
