Farm Labor Contractor Continuing Education Program

Every person applying for or renewing a farm labor contractor (FLC) license in California must take at least eight hours of relevant, educational classes each year [California Labor Code 1684(b)(2)]. Only classes approved by the state labor commissioner may be taken to meet this requirement.

AgSafe offers an approved 8-hour FLC continuing education program designed for beginning (5 years or fewer) and advanced (6 years or more) Farm Labor Contractors.  The program satisfies the licensing requirements by the California Labor Commissioner while addressing the different needs of new and experienced FLCs.  Classes are taught in both English and Spanish.
