Post Forms 300A Beginning Feb. 1

Jan. 31, 2019

Employers are reminded to post Cal/OSHA Form 300A, the summary log of work-related injuries in 2018, must be posted by Feb. 1 in your place of business where information for employees is normally posted. Form 300A must remain posted through April 30. Employers with fewer than 10 employees throughout 2018 are exempt from this requirement.  You can find more information about Cal/OSHA's recordkeeping requirements at this link.

A recently approved emergency regulation of the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) requires all employers with 250 or more employees and employers of 20 to 249 employees in industries deemed by OSHA to be hazardous (including agriculture) to submit information from the employer’s 2018 OSHA Form 300A to federal OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application (ITA) by March 2, 2019.  You can use the same account you created to submit your 2017 data in December 2018 to submit your 2018 data.
