Farm Employers Labor Service (FELS) is affiliated with the California Farm Bureau Federation. FELS’ mission is to help California agricultural employers understand and comply with their legal and regulatory obligations, educate agricultural employers about best employment practices, and help them be employers of choice in their communities.
