The Center for Land-Based Learning is continuing to explore the possibility of expanding their AgHiRE program into Yuba, Sutter, and Colusa Counties and is inviting local farm employers to share their perspectives.

AgHiRE is a workforce and leadership development program that supports Spanish-speaking farm employees in building supervisory and leadership skills. The program is designed to strengthen communication, support employee growth, and improve team effectiveness on farms.

Local agricultural employers are encouraged to participate in this employer round table to discuss workforce challenges, skill gaps, and training needs. Feedback from this conversation will directly inform how AgHiRE could be tailored to best support our regional agricultural community.
