Farm Labor Survey: Farm Bureau Needs Your Feedback!
March 28, 2022
FELS’ parent organization, California Farm Bureau, is conducting an important survey with research partners at the University of California, Davis and Arizona State University and would appreciate your input. We expect the survey to take about 10 minutes to complete. The purpose of this survey is to collect information about how farmers are adapting to reduced farm worker availability, how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted farming operations (including costs), and the extent to which labor-saving technologies are helping mitigate problems stemming from labor shortages.
The results from the survey will be used for a statistical study and will be used to inform farmers, community leaders, policy makers, and other interested parties about how these issues are impacting the agricultural sector in California. Your responses will remain anonymous, confidential, and will be grouped together with everyone else’s for the statistical analysis. Your identity will never be recorded or revealed. The findings of the study will be made available to the public.
