N95 Respirators Available

FELS has identified a source of respirators available for California agricultural employers who need them for compliance with the wildfire smoke regulation (see Cal/OSHA Wildfire Smoke Regulation Compliance Resources at FELS' website).  Outdoor employers, including agricultural employers are required by General Industry Safety Order 5141.1 to offer N95 respirators for employee’s use when the Air Quality Index for PM 2.5 exceeds 150 when the employer should reasonably anticipate that employees may be exposed to wildfire smoke.
