FELS, National Council of Ag Employers, American Nursery and Landscape Association Provide Guidance for DOL Audits of Agricultural Employers


The U.S. Department of Labor has announced stepped up enforcement in agriculture this summer, particularly focusing in California on Federal child labor requirements, MSPA disclosure and I-9 complaince.

Our colleagues at the National Council of Agricultural Employers and the American Nursery and Landscape Association have produced guidance to help ag employers, including users of the H-2B non-immigrant temporary visa program for agricultural workers and the H-2B non-immigrant temporary visa program for non-agricultural workers.
